    With over twenty years experience combined, and as two of the top collectors in the industry, the owners of Sound Credit Services have been able to use their experience in the business and gain the knowledge needed in opening an agency geared directly towards a newer/better way of recovery.
 
    In an industry where there is such a high turn over rate, the owners of Sound Credit are able to turn a "negative" into a positive, treating the profession as not just a job but as a career.  We are continuously thinking of new ways to improve, not only our company, but as a whole.  We are constantly trying new methods of training to keep with the times, offer incentives, and or bonuses to motivate and show our employees that their efforts do not go unoticed.  By doing so this will allow Sound Credit to grow with a quality of collector that has yet to be seen. 
 
 
    Our belief is that every situation is different.  You will never find any collector of Sound Credit Services treat any debtors situation the same, or assume the person they are talking to is just like the person they just ended a call with.  A lot of the times when called, a consumer will automatically feel threatened and become defensive not realizing that the person calling them is not the stereotypical bill collector that people have come to know, but that the person making the call genuinely wants to better that persons situation.  Unless you have the ability to calm the situation the call can easily get out of control.  Not only will you not collect on the debt but you will not be bettering that persons situation.  You need to have the ability to allow the person tell his/her story, and explain the reason why they are in this situation.  We strongly feel that most of the people we are dealing with are good people that just became caught up in a bad situation and just need a little guidance.
 
     We are trying to dilute the stereotypical outlook by showing compassion, and being empathetic, however at the same time successfully completing the task at hand.
